Estas actividades son funcionales a la implementaci\u00f3n del banco de esperma y criobanco.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Cribado de semillas por rayos X.<\/h4>\n<p>El problema de las semillas vanas es el principal obst\u00e1culo en la germinaci\u00f3n de las semillas de <em>Abies nebrodiensis<\/em>. El an\u00e1lisis de rayos X es una t\u00e9cnica desarrollada por IBE-CNR para la selecci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida de semillas con embri\u00f3n y semillas vac\u00edas de <em>Abies nebrodensis<\/em> (Figura 1). Germinaci\u00f3n y desarrollo in vitro de embriones de Abies nebrodensis<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En los dos laboratorios se est\u00e1n realizando pruebas de cultivo in vitro de embriones inmaduros aislados de conos recolectados en julio, con el fin de obtener embriog\u00e9nesis directa o indirecta. El callo embriog\u00e9nico, obtenido de la escisi\u00f3n de los embriones extra\u00eddos de las semillas de los conos inmaduros de las plantas 6, 8, 10, 15, 16 y 27, muestra un crecimiento bastante lento. Se est\u00e1n probando varios medios de cultivo que contienen diferentes sales b\u00e1sicas y hormonas de crecimiento vegetal.
